MATD2019 Further Audio Electronics

Course Description: This is a 15-credit module for 2nd year BSc students that develops a further understanding of the audio technology that was introduced to the student in MATD1019 Audio Electronics Fundamentals. In this module, the student continues the study of analogue and digital electronics through lectures and practical lab sessions, and specifically explores applications of this technology in the context of audio equipment and devices. The student investigates applications of this technology in the context of audio equipment and devices. Subjects covered include various op-amp circuits commonly found in audio equipment; digital logic; microphones, speakers and playback systems.
