MCT4000 Physical Computing Workshop

Program: 2-year Master in Music, Technology and Communication (NTNU/UiO)

Course Description: This workshop consists of 4 intensive practical sessions (7 hours per day, 28 hours in total) of physical computing designed for the master Music, Communication, and Technology (MCT) program (NTNU-UiO) as part of the course MCT4000 Introduction to Music, Communication and Technology. This is 1 module of 7 modules of a 15-credit course. The students work in teams and are exposed to different technologies to produce musical prototypes focusing on Bela and Puredata.

Each day, the students are asked to develop a prototype in team and to write a blog post after the first day of the workshop and another blog post at the end of the workshop:
